Simple Salad

Salam alaykum
Healthy eating. This is the longest discussed topic in our whatsApp group. The most interesting and important topic. Healthy eating leads to healthy living. Insha Allah.
I made this simple salad as my healthy food for today. Simple and easy to make, yet very delicious.


You only need some
cherry tomato - halved
handful of mint - whole leaf
cucumber - diced
lettuce - sliced



Put everything in a bowl. sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil, salt n pepper. Mix well.
Ready for consumption.
