Kerabu Kacang Kelisa

As salam alaykum. Perhaps i should put my theme as 'Healthy food'. Here is another healthy food that I would like to share. It's the "kerabu".s Some calls it "kerabu" while others call it "urap" and westeners might want to call it "salad". It is fresh vege mixed with other ingredients to give an appealing taste. I call it "kacang kelisa" but some calls it "kacang botol or botor". "kacang kelisa" is known to northen part of West Malaysia. Preparing it is easy. What you need are: About 10 stalks of kacang kelisa Grated coconut - preferably only the white 2 red chilli 1 onion Tamarind juice and salt to season Slice the kacang kelisa finely and put aside. Put all other ingredientvin the dry blender and blend till all the ingredients are finely blended. Mix the blended ingredients into the sliced kacang kelisa. Mix well. Ready for consumption.
