Crustless Kai-lan Quiche

Another healthy eating. Mixed and baked it before leaving for office at 8am this morning. A very easy, healthy and most importantly filling recipe.
What is needed
2 eggs beaten
2-3 table spoon milk
Salt and pepper
2 stalks of kai-lan (or some call it chinese kale or chinese broccoli)
I got this easy weezy recipe from my old friend from school. The wonders of technology made it possible for us to communicate despite being miles away.
How to make it.
Heat the oven. Prepare the mold.
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the mold. 1/3 of the mold as it will rise.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
While the quiche is in the oven, quickly get dress for office.
In no time, your lunch is ready.
Do not forget your Basmalah. Enjoy.
