Ni gara-gara cabaran kawan-kawan untuk menguruskan badan. To take up the challenge I gradually reduce my rice intake. I have not reach the level where I can live only on fruits and soups. Therefore I created this filling, but still carbor diet however less starch as compared to potato or rice.
The ingredients:
1 cup of general purpose flour
1 egg beaten
Thinly sliced cabbage
Half cup of fresh milk
Salt to taste.

- Add all the ingredients together to form a batter. If the batter is too thick, add water to it.
- Laddle the batter and pour onto the pan. Let it turn golden brown and flip the other side till also golden brown.
