Macaroni Soup with Croutons

Salam all, Just trying out the new interface. I'm not sure why, but I dont quite like it. Perhaps it takes more time for me to adapt to the new UI. What worries me most as I failed to update the blog using my new gadget. Anyway, lets share what we had for dinner last night. It's macaroni soup with croutons. Thinking what to cook is always a problem. A quick survey (asking the two kids at home), landed me with the idea of making macaroni soup. And since Hakim likes croutons so much, I decided to serve it with croutons.

Mee Goreng Ibu

Mee Goreng Ibu The Ingredients: Yellow noodle 1 packet Minced meat Prawns 2 tablespoon of chilli paste 2 tablespoon of tomato ketchup 2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce Vegies salt to taste shallots and garlic cooking oil Tauhu and basil - for garnishing (add taste too) My method : Fry the shallots and garlic in 2 tablespoon cooking oil till fragrant or brownish Add the minced meat, chilli paste, tomato ketchup and dark soy sauce. You may add some water to let the meat tender Add the prawns (I add it later because I dont want it to be over cooked) Add salt and sugar to taste Add vegies and the yellow noodles. Mixed well. And ready to be served. Optional: To add the taste it is best to add
