I have not reach the level where I can live only on fruits and soups. Therefore I created this filling, but still carbor diet however less starch as compared to potato or rice. The ingredients: 1 cup of general purpose flour 1 egg beaten Thinly sliced cabbage Half cup of fresh milk Salt to taste. Add all the ingredients together to form a batter. If the batter is too thick, add water to it. Laddle the batter and pour onto the pan. Let it turn golden brown and flip the other side till also golden brown. You may choose to it either with syrup, honey or the sambal bilis. My Malay taste preferred the spicy sambal bilis. Bon appetite.
